Who does that?

God does it. “He makes my feet like the feet of deer, and sets me on my high places.” – 2 Samuel 22:34
Fear is never the best motivator. “But God said to him, ‘Fool! This night your soul will be required of you; then whose will those things be which you have provided?’” – Luke 12:20 NKJV
“There are far, far better things ahead…” “He that is dead is freed from sin.” – Romans 6:7
