Questioning God’s judgment? “Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, trust, also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass.” – Psalm 37:3-5
What it is, is sin. “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them.” – Exodus 20:4-5 (NKJV)
[Deuteronomy 15:7,8] If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, … thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need.
