He is fully in favor! “Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.” – Luke 12:32 KJV

God asks a searching question. “Whose will those things be which you have provided?” – Luke 12:20 NKJV

Fear is never the best motivator. “But God said to him, ‘Fool! This night your soul will be required of you; then whose will those things be which you have provided?’” – Luke 12:20 NKJV

He forgot why he was on the earth. “Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years; take your ease; eat, drink, and be merry.” – Luke 12:19 NKJV
